Event registration and sign-ups
A meetup, a workshop, or a screening is a block of time with a limited number of places. ProtoSync counts them for you: once places run out a waiting list opens, and participants get a reminder before the start.
What it solves
- People confirm in the comments and the real headcount is unknown until the last day.
- There are fewer places than takers, and the queue is kept by hand.
- Some registrants simply do not show up and do not say so.
How to set it up
- Create a schedule — give it a name, a city, and a service category.
- Define your slots: duration, working days, and breaks. You can release the schedule gradually instead of a month at a time.
- Share the link with clients — in a messenger, a story, or your profile bio.
- Track bookings and reminders: confirming, rescheduling, and cancelling each take a single tap.
